Welcome to BIDR Auctions! We've created a straightforward platform where enthusiasts can buy and sell unique vehicles. Browse our listings freely without an account, and when you're ready to buy or sell, registration is quick and simple.
Our process is designed with transparency in mind:
• Buyers: Free registration with a 4% buyer's premium ($250 minimum, $4,000 maximum)
• Sellers: One-time $49 listing fee (non-refundable, paid after listing is approved)
• All users must register to bid or list vehicles
Buying a Vehicle on BIDR
Creating an account is your first step into the BIDR community. Once registered, add a valid credit card for bidding verification. We'll place a hold on your card when you bid (don't worry - it's released at auction end if you're outbid), and we recommend reviewing our Bidding Terms and Conditions before placing your first bid.
Finding & Bidding on Vehicles
Browse our carefully curated selection of modern supercars, classics, sports cars, and more:
• Review all photos and vehicle history
• Ask questions through the listing's comment section
• Understand that all bids are binding commitments
• Note that last-minute bids extend auction time by 2 minutes
Winning an Auction
Congratulations on winning! Here's what happens next:
• Complete full payment within one week
• The 4% buyer's premium is charged at auction close
• Through our integrated partnership with Pacer.co, you'll have access to:
• Instant vehicle shipping quotes and door-to-door transport options
• Secure digital document transfer
• Streamlined funds transfer
• Connect with the seller (we'll provide contact details), coordinate shipping, and arrange payment (wire transfer recommended)
Selling Your Vehicle on BIDR
Submission Process
Start your selling journey by selecting "Sell Your Vehicle" from the dashboard. The process is straightforward:
• Enter your vehicle's VIN and year
• Complete the vehicle details form
• Upload clear title photos (front and back)
• Add high-quality vehicle photos and videos
• Set your reserve price (optional)
After completing your vehicle submission our team will be in touch within 1 business day with a response.
Meeting Our Standards
To maintain high listing standards and ensure quality we require:
• Clear, valid title required (electronic titles must be printed)
• Quality photos (DIY guide available)
• Professional photography service available for $249
• Exclusive listing (vehicle cannot be listed elsewhere)
• Complete vehicle history and details
After Approval
Once your vehicle is approved, we'll work together to create an engaging listing:
1. Pay the $49 listing fee
2. Work with our team to finalize details
3. Review your included Bumper report (similar to CarFax but with more details)
4. Approve your final listing
5. Engage with potential buyers through comments
Completing the Sale
After a successful auction:
• Connect with your buyer promptly
• Verify payment within one week
• Provide necessary ownership documentation
• Complete the bill of sale
• Arrange title transfer and vehicle handover
